By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. They are:

• You may use this web application, or any previous version of it, from any computer and web browser.

• You may not obtain the source code of this web application.

• You may not copy or modify any part of this web application.

• Time Software may freely use, at its discretion, any information given to it by yourself.

• This web application will send and receive data via your internet connection. All costs pertaining to the use of this application will be for your account.

• Time Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.

TIME SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THIS WEB APPLICATION, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Time Software be liable for anything that may result or not result from using or not using this product. Neither shall Time Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this web application or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if Time Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CHANGES

Changes can be made to these terms and conditions without notice, and you will automatically be bound by them if you wish to continue to use the product.
