Introduction
The Statistics Module handles the production of numerous statistical analyses in the form of charts for managerial and administrative purposes. Only those with the correct rights have access to the various statistics.
Features
- Statistics permissions based on screen access

- Chart Types: bar, pie, line, dot, area
- Shows minimum, maximum, average and total
- Shows/hides horizontal and vertical lines
- Shows the graph in 2D or 3D

- Shows graph background as transparent, semi-transparent or opaque
Statistics Screen
The Statistics screen contains every statistic.
The Modules
All statistics are categorized per module. Selecting a module brings up only the statistics of that module. E.g. selecting the Admissions module will bring up only Admissions statistics.
Print Preview
Before committing to the production of a hard copy of the statistic, you have the opportunity to first view it on-screen. This is of course done in the Print Preview screen. This screen has the following elements:

- Printing
- Navigation
Viewing
- Width – Set the preview to fit horizontally in the window
- Fit – Set the preview to fit completely in the window
- 100% – Set the preview to actual size
- Zoom – Select or set the degree of magnification (e.g. selecting 200% will make the preview twice as big as the actual size, whilst setting the value to 28 will make the preview only 28% of the actual size).
Links
- Help – Provides context sensitive help on the report itself.
- Report Settings – A link to the Report Settings screen.
Navigation
- Begin – Go to the first page
- Previous – Go to the previous page
- Next – Go to the next page
- End – Go to the last page
Printing
- Copies – Indicate the number of copies you wish to make
- Printer Setup – Go and configure your printer. This can even allow you to send the output off as a fax (depending on the printer software installed).
- Print – Print the report (or send off the fax)
