Introduction

The Language Module allows you to have TS School in your own language of choice.

• Download or create your own language database
• Propogate a single language database to all users

Get Language Database

In order to use a language database, you of course have to first get hold of it. This is done in one of two ways:

• STEP 1. Check Online - First check to see if your language database is available online for download. Download the datasbase to a central folder.

• STEP 2. Create your own - If you cannot find your language database online then create your own.

School Language Database

There is the facility to indicate the overall school language database. The following things can be done once this is done:

• You can propogate the language database to all users
• Users can adopt the school database as their own.

Individual Language Database

Users can use their own individual language databases. If the school database was propogated to all users then a user's individual language database will be the same as the school's language database. The user can then choose his or her own one. To not allow a user to use his or her own, simply deny access to the Indivuidual Language screen.

Populate Language Database

If you are developing your own language database from scratch, you will need to get TS School to populate it with all the English phrases for translation. Sources are as follows:

Do Translations

Go and translate all the English phrases into your own laguage.

Translate Help Screens

Once your language database is completed, you must then have all the help screens translated.
