Instead of having to natigate through help screens and user manuals, Ask! can provide a quick solution to a current problem or question. If you, for example want to know how to add a learner, then simply ask a question like “How do I add a learner?” and Larry will find and bring up the relevant help screen for you!

If you want information on a Lion for example, simply ask the question "Lion" and Wikipedia will come up showing the result.
